Refund policy
Please choose carefully as we will not accept return or refund for change of mind. Due to the nature of our products, we can't accept returns.
If the flowers are not in good condition when they arrive, please contact us with a satisfactory photo to show the issue within 24 hours and we will replace the arrangement with a new one after collecting the previously delivered arrangement. If we fail to make the same arrangement you requested or fail to deliver as per request, you can choose to get a refund or a bigger value arrangement.
Please keep in mind flowers are seasonal and not all year round so we will try to make the design you requested as close as possible as the photo with substitute flowers if not available but always keeping same colour, design and value. If it is more than 50% of the variety missing we will contact to let you know if it is ok to go ahead or if you will choose a second iption design.
For weddings or events that need prebooking we require a 25% nonrefundable deposit. If you event is being canceled due to unforeseen situation we will give you the option to keep the deposit for a later date, or to get flowers for the amount of the deposit, if enough time is given to us. In the case that we already placed the flower order with the growers for your event and can't cancel with them, you will lose your deposit, and you might need to pay for the total amount of flowers ordered for you.
