Shipping policy

Please make sure the shipping address is correct when order, as we will not be responsible for wrong delivery. We do recommend providing the recipients phone number for deliveries as some addresses are not possible to access and we need their permission.

If no one is at the premises at the time of delivery we will leave the flowers in a safe place outside the sun or rain and we will take a photo for proof of delivery. If it is not safe to do so we will contact the purchaser or the recipient for further instructions. After flowers being left at the door we will not take responsibility for them this in the case of being stolen or left longer than needed outside and their quality is deteriorating. We always make sure flowers have water source when delivered but if left too long outside in the heat or cold might damage them. Please let us know if do not want them left unintended so we can organise something else.
